In order for us to prosper as a guild and a community it is important that we always keep these tenets in mind. 

    1. Commitment

When you join this guild you are becoming a part of something that is larger than yourself. We are a team first and in order for us to thrive we need to always put the interests of the guild in front of our own. While real life certainly takes precedence over the game it is still imperative that we communicate any absences we may have and are putting as much time in to the guild as possible.

     2. Respect

We are all adults here and it is important that we treat each other with respect. We cannot allow real life politics to take precedence over what we are trying to accomplish as a unit. While disagreements will certainly take place it is important that we resolve them in a way where everyone can walk away from the issue with their heads held high.

    3. Communication

This game is incredibly team oriented. In order for us to succeed we need to make sure that everyone is on the same page. This guild doesn't have one person in charge. We have a small group of people who are in charge of the day to day aspects of the guild. That being said any member can communicate any ideas or suggestions they may have. While the officers will make the final decision, that doesn't mean your input doesn't matter. If we are going to continue to grow and stay the tight-knit community we are now it is important that every member feels valued.

    4. Amibition

One of the things that sets us apart from other guilds is our drive. We want every single member to constantly strive for improvement and growth. We can never be okay with just good. This doesn't mean you need to be the absolute best at this game to join, it simply means you have the drive to become the best. We are looking for those we can help shape in to incredible PvPers and for us to do that we need to make sure every member has the ambition to perform at their absolute best.
